Can conflict resolution be anything like the research process? What are the pitfalls of resolving conflicts from an ombudsman's perspective? What conflict resolution processes does Masaryk University have in place? In this presentation we will focus on conflict resolution within Masaryk University through the lens of the University-wide Rights Protection Office through both hypothetical and real cases.
