ScanR workshop: Pushing the boundaries of high-content imaging
Accept the invitation to an interesting scanR workshop. There will be excellent speakers at the workshop, whose lectures will be mainly focused on their scientific projects (not only on the technical parameters of high-content imaging). As part of the lectures, we also want to point out that high-content imaging is not only about single cells, but thanks to the TruAI deep learning module, it is possible to scan and, above all, quickly and efficiently analyze single cells of animal and plant tissues, or also single molecules such as the DNA method fibers. 4 hands-on sessions are planned as part of the workshop, which will focus on sample preparation, data acquisition and analysis, and their presentation. During the workshop, the latest version of ScanRu with super-resolution will be here - the microscope will be at BFÚ for two weeks, so it will be possible to photograph your own samples outside the workshop. There will also be several networking opportunities as part of the workshop. We managed to secure excellent funding for the workshop, thanks to our sponsors the whole event is free. Registration is until July 7.
